State Department's Special Envoy to Monitor and Combat Anti-Semitism President Obama appointed Hannah Rosenthal to serve as the State Department's Special Envoy to Monitor and Combat Anti-Semitism. Rosenthal is the former head of the Jewish Council for Public Affairs, and an aggressive advocate for feminism. Unbelievable?
