INFORMATION FOR FARMERS - Not even noon and I have been told by three different FN people that my three generation farm is not legally mine. Despite my name on title . I read the Bill 262 and UNDRIP and in accordance it would appear that is what is written. I researched the UN 21 2030 and 2050 and knew that they are talking taking half the land masses and returning it to the wild under the new world order. The only people allowed on that wild land is the stewards of FN. HEAVILY REGULATED So no more camping, hiking etc. Not sure how the masses that are moved into cities will be fed if we shut down the very places that grow our food guess there will be a serious change in our diets or we will be eating toxic foods from countries that do not have our regulations on pesticides herbicides etc. Incidentally I grow with the use OF NONE OF THESE. .

When you read it those previously mentioned legislation and UNDRIP note the traditional lands mentioned they are not just talking reserves.. I will list a map of Canada and show the traditional lands that cover all of Canada.Links under sources at bottom of written post.

Look at just these ones there are 24 articles before this and more then these that I have listed.

Article 25

Indigenous peoples have the right to maintain and strengthen their distinctive spiritual relationship with their traditionally owned or otherwise occupied and used lands, territories, waters and coastal seas and other resources and to uphold their responsibilities to future generations in this regard.‍

Article 26

1. Indigenous peoples have the right to the lands, territories and resources which they have traditionally owned, occupied or otherwise used or acquired.‍

2. Indigenous peoples have the right to own, use, develop and control the lands, territories and resources that they possess by reason of traditional ownership or other traditional occupation or use, as well as those which they have otherwise acquired.‍

3. States shall give legal recognition and protection to these lands, territories and resources. Such recognition shall be conducted with due respect to the customs, traditions and land tenure systems of the indigenous peoples concerned.‍

Article 27

States shall establish and implement, in conjunction with indigenous peoples concerned, a fair, independent, impartial, open and transparent process, giving due recognition to indigenous peoples’ laws, traditions, customs and land tenure systems, to recognize and adjudicate the rights of indigenous peoples pertaining to their lands, territories and resources, including those which were traditionally owned or otherwise occupied or used. Indigenous peoples shall have the right to participate in this process.

Article 28

1. Indigenous peoples have the right to redress, by means that can include restitution or, when this is not possible, just, fair and equitable compensation, for the lands, territories and resources which they have traditionally owned or otherwise occupied or used, and which have been confiscated, taken, occupied, used or damaged without their free, prior and informed consent.

2. Unless otherwise freely agreed upon by the peoples concerned, compensation shall take the form of lands, territories and resources equal in quality, size and legal status or of monetary compensation or other appropriate redress.‍

So for those that do not understand the bill 262 was our government implementing UNDRIP ( link ) and moving us along to this new UN new world order that Freeland and Trudeau laud about. Two nights ago an emergency meeting was held in Ottawa regarding our country being shut down with blockades. In attendance the leaders of Liberal, NDP GREENS AND BLOQ. Our elected leader of Conservatives was refused admittance to this crisis meeting Those three other parties of NDP Greens and Bloq did not speak out on the democracy our country was founded on . So I guess democracy is dead. We are now governed by a four party coalition that cannot be stopped. GAME OVER.

So when the FN are finished with these blockades on pipelines just know that they are coming for us next. With the carbon tax on farmers what we would have to buy our land from FN now? Or does it mean that they will be able to be on our land as it is no longer private property? Will blockades keep us from entering and leaving our farms with crops, animals etc....

I lost my parents 3 years ago as we were a four generational farm. Heartbroken and sick as I am sure most other farmers will be to find themselves under this new legislation and UNDRIP. taking our land from us and giving it back to First Nations.
