Who Are The Bad Guys ?
There are a lot of bad guys - men and women. Some are named in our lawsuit others are not.
When we started the federal court lawsuit we tried to identify all the players who were directly involved in the Water War Crimes that were related to us, the plaintiffs. There were, obviously, other criminals involved in the plan to loot Canada's water but, as plaintiffs in a lawsuit, we had no direct claim against them although their crimes obviously set the stage for what took place and to that extent, they have blood on their hands .
However, as the our Federal Court lawsuit moved forward from 2008 to 2012 a whole new group of criminals identified themselves in the form of the various lawyers and judges who broke the law, denied us access to justice by inserting obviously crooked judges into the matrix, and who then committed murder to cover up their crimes.

Click here to go to Federal Court of Appeal Docket appealing crooked decision of Justice Gauthier and where Justice Layden-Stevenson and, we believe, Department of Justice lawyer, Eric Noel were murdered on instructions of insiders who lured them into a trap.
Also responsible for the murders were the politicians in Ottawa and Victoria who instructed their legal staff to use all means to stop a legitimate law suit. In the end the former Prime Minister Harper and former Justice Minister Nicholson, at the federal level, and former Premier Gordon Campbell and former Attorney General Wally Oppal in British Columbia, were those responsible for the murders.
Beginning in 2013 we identified a whole new cast of criminals in the British Columbia Court system including the Chief Justice of the Court of Appeal, Robert Bauman in the Supreme Court of British Columbia under direction of Chief Justice Christopher Hinkson, and Associate Chief Justice Austin Cullen in the Provincial Court, under direction of Chief Judge Thomas Crabtree, because it is obvious that these men have deliberately appointed crooked judges to various court application as part of a calculated plan of judicial retaliation against Mr. Carten who, unlike most of Canada's lawyers, has the courage to blow the whistle on judicial and legal corruption in Canada and, especially in British Columbia, where judicial and legal corruption is widespread and unchecked.

The Defendants in Federal Court Action T-95-08
The following is a list of the Defendants on Federal Court Action T-95-08. Let us make it clear that some of these people may be completely innocent and we invite them to review the allegations in our Statement of Claim and provide a full denial under Oath. (This website has been up for 10 years now and nobody has come forward and denied any of our allegations).
Scroll down to view the complete list of Defendants.
We could have limited our claim to just the Government of Canada and Government of British Columbia but by joining the individuals who acted against us as agents for the Government, we had hoped to attach the assets of the individual defendants thereby saving average Canadian taxpayers the burden of paying our claim.
