Pensions and Assistance Programs
A transitional payment policy must be implemented so that pension and National Insurance payments are gradually transferred from Canada/Alberta Corporation to the Republic of Alberta. Administrators of the Republic of Alberta will setup an appropriate pension funds to the sovereign pension fund to its hard working Sovereign's. The Treasury Fund of the Public of Alberta would safely guarantee that all pension money is kept safe on behalf of the pensioner and not gambled away or borrowed.
The Republic of Alberta will offer its own unemployment benefit but also will encourage an useful and practical National training programme to get sovereign's the right skills to get back in to relevant and available work. We do not want to see an increase in the dependence on the assistance program. It is not in the interest of the Republic of Alberta and its future.
