The past week has been a whirlwind, nay, an F5 Hurricaine of revelations resulting the breach of the ITCCS levy. Most certainly, Kevin’s life is flooded beyond repair as the revelations of womanizing, abuse of trust, fraud and criminality are coming to full sunlight. He is in damage control mode and grasping for whomever might be within reach to throw him a lifeline.
Case in point is the flurry of Urgent Action Communique’s coming from the so-called office of the Directorate of the ITCCS and it’s Director, Marie L. Bouchard aimed at threatening former supporters like Alfred Webre into submission. Until this week there has never existed a hint of an actual address in Brussels for the official Offices of ITCCS, but now we learn that it’s somewhere located in the postal code of 1040 (nestled in amongst all those nice UN/EU/NWO organizations). And even more surprising is to find out that an actual person might represent here, not just Kevin Annett broadcasting from his ‘undisclosed location’ in the attic of Lori’s house.
As was revealed in the previous article, Bouchard has quite a prestigious reputation, is an academic and holds “white-paper-power” within the research community on issues of Socio-economics. The question is, is she really that big of a player in ITCCS or is she more likely someone that Kevin has ‘tapped’ to add street-cred’s to his crumbling facade? The latter is more likely as was revealed in Kevin’s latest attempt at intimidation and posturing towards Alfred Webre. Here is a letter sent by someone named Nina (Vera) Ohman (who apparently really, really loves cats) to the ‘circle of friends’ of the ITCCS:

This remark from a protestor at the Kinder-Morgan dispute last week in Vancouver could sum up the transformation shaking our nation and the world these days. The protestor had just handed an RCMP officer a copy of our Republic’s Stand Down Order to “crown” officials, and the officer had complied.
The protestor – a young woman in her twenties – signed up with the Republic the next day.
Hundreds of others like her, and you the reader, have taken the same step in the past few months, and are poised to help inaugurate the Republic of Kanata in the new year of 2015. And we will do so not simply through a Proclamation of Independence but by direct actions to take back our land and liberties, and restore the Common Law as our governing authority.
As sovereign men and women, you have the God given power and the right and obligation to do so. And here is how we will accomplish it:
- The Proclamation. After four drafts were debated and amended, our Proclamation of Independence received final assent by our Provisional Council last Monday. This Proclamation declaring our sovereignty will be read publicly and enacted at a foundational ceremony on the morning of January 1, 2015, at five locations across Kanata. On that day, the Republic of Kanata will come into lawful existence. The first Congress of the new Republic will be convened during 2015.
- The Constitution and High Court of the Republic. The Proclamation will authorize a new Constitution for the Republic, which will provide for common law courts of justice, including a High Court of the Republic under whose authority local courts will operate. This step will lawfully disestablish the laws and governance of “Canada” and the crown, and legitimate our laws and actions as a Republic.
- Reclaiming the Nation.On January 15, a fortnight after Independence Day, our Republic will commence direct and ongoing actions to actively reclaim the land and the law by land seizures, nullification of debts and taxes, and take over of public facilities. Not only the RCMP and police, but all “crown” officials across Kanata, will have their power revoked, and all bills, taxes, statutes and laws of the former corporate entity called Canada will be made null and void. In their place, we will actively establish new laws and institutions designed to return wealth and power to all the people.
You, the nearly one thousand members of the Republic, are the seed from which this new nation will emerge. Each of you must recruit, educate and mobilize other men and women over the next few months as part of this campaign and Proclamation of Liberty.
As part of this notification, you have received the names and contact information of the other Republic volunteers in your community. You are to gather together immediately and do the following:
- Establish a local branch of our Republic and elect three officers: A Branch Convener, an Education and Membership Coordinator, and a Direct Action Coordinator. Hold one public action and one branch meeting every week.
- Distribute our Proclamation and literature to the public and involve them in our direct actions, including the establishment of local Republican Common Law Courts.
- Take the Pledge of Allegiance to the Republic, sign up others to do the same, and pay dues to the local branch of no less than five percent of your monthly income. (All of your funds will remain in your local branch to supply your actions).
More advice and resources will be provided to you through our official publications and website (www.republicofkanata.com) . The head Convener for your District will be in touch with all of you directly.
If you are reading this, you are the Republic. From you and you alone will issue the future: a reclaimed land, wiped clean of the corruption and crimes of the present, and governed by the Natural Law of equality, peace and liberty. From you alone will come the ideas and actions that will ensure that our children are raised as healthy and free people, as true sovereigns in their own land of Kanata: a federation of free and equal nations.
“Though we may fail today, our principles will triumph tomorrow, taking seed and arising anew in the lives of new generations of free people … I have hope in our future.”
May these words of Canada’s first Republican leader, William Lyon McKenzie, come true and guide us in the days ahead, and give us the courage to triumph through the grace of God.

Several things jump out at me (that’s an understatement!):
1) Marie L. Bouchard’s (or that of her husbands) email address appears to be listed among those cc’d in this communique.
2) Elizabeth May and the lovely people at the Peruvian heiroglyph-destroying organization also known as ‘GreenPeace’ are getting these Urgent Action Updates.
3) George Dufort is suspiciously absent from the ITCCS Communique.
4) Crazy people and scammers can be seen everywhere!
Case in point is miss Nina herself, who seems to have an obsession with ‘asses’ and how clean they are (according to the signature on the email above and her profile here):

Then we have Paul Birdsall, who ran a Multi-Level Marketing scam similar to HerbalLife where you pay $39.95 for a package/membership so you can be authorized to sell other people package/memberships for $39.95 and get a percentage of the proceeds. His company, Partner With Paul didn’t last long after being reviewed as an internet marketing scam, so he moved onto another one he created called 7 Day Online Success Bootcamp!! Now, I’m all for personal improvement, but an MLM marketing scam dressed up as a ‘bootcamp’ is still an MLM marketing scam.
A friend of mine sent his thoughts on this latest correspondence posted on News Inside Out and had this to say:

Where would one start here and where would one finish.The terms ‘nutbar’ and ‘wingnut’ were new to me until mid 2013.I first came across them when Greg (Renouf) posted about Rhianne Baines when her crew ‘stormed’ the church in Coventry.They are not terms we use in Ireland nor did I ever hear them in the UK when I lived there but they are the only two words that now adequately describe most off the people that I have been looking at, researching and listening to on You Tube for the past year or more.I get lost in all this sometimes and indeed only for Heather’s patience and assistance in explaining this ‘new age’ craze to me, I would never have been able to even get on step one on the ladder of even trying to understand it.And yet the more I think that I have a little handle on it the more something comes up (like this latest rant at the end of this message) the more I feel that I havent a clue what’s going on.I grew up in an insane environment. I can see that clearly today. But it was a community of insane ‘stupid’ people. I don’t have nice words to describe this but it’s how I see it.They lacked a good education so the word stupid describes them best.I wasn’t surrounded by intellectual people.So I would describe them as stupid and mad – in equal doses.But what I am seeing today is a whole new level of people whom I would describe as intellectual (very clever, well educated people like Annett and Webre).And yet their insanity and the insanity of those who devoutly and blindly follow them is way above any of the insanity that I witnessed among the ‘stupid’ people that created my environment when I was a child.It’s difficult to explain this but for some reason I managed (as a child and now as an adult) to understand the madness of the ‘stupid’ people and to somehow exist among them.To a great degree when it comes to intellectual education – I would class myself as ‘stupid’ too.I have learned to understand my own ‘madness’ (for want of a better word) a madness that allows me to put my neck on the block and have the ‘balls’ to do things alone that others in my circles would never dream of doing and I have learned to channel my ‘madness’ in my protest work and face people in very high authority – without fear.I have learned to use that ‘madness’ for my own protection – basically.But this intellectual madness – this intellectual insanity – is something out of this world.What I am witnessing now with Webre and Annett… would be extremely funny to watch if it weren’t for the serious effect it is having on people and ’causes’ that I identify with.This is crazy beyond belief. Insanity beyond belief.What the f*** is wrong with these people?The internet has become a haven for loopers and unfortunately I happened to associate myself with the King of the loopers- Kevin Annett.I hope there is a reason for it.I hear religious people speak of ‘gods master plan’ and that ‘he has a reason for everything’.If there is a god I hope he knows what he is doing cause I havent a f***** clue whats going on….. LOL
