Constitution created by the sovereigns protects against government overreach

The state of Canada as a Country is in fact not any further from the truth. with research it is actually a corporation owned by a foreign entity

Our nation has distanced itself so far from its founding, meaning and purpose, that we can only watch as our lives change, liberty is challenged and the pursuit of happiness becomes harder to obtain.

We were told Our country was built on the idea of giving power to the people, but this has been a LIE - for 80 years it has failed the sovereigns and today it has eroded to only benefit elected officials, regardless of party affiliation.

This affiliation of all these parties have their own agenda and its clear they have always been working for an un-elected entity. They have never worked for the benefit only the destruction of every sovereign

Every year day the Conservatives, Liberals, NDP, Green and other parties promise change, but all deliver only larger and more powerful central government while spending taxpayer money at alarming rates, and leaving millions in financial ruin.


The people who fought and fought to free their children from taxation and political corruption thought they had document that was intended to prevent their children’s children from having to face the fight they were battling. This document has been a fraud from its creation - Charter of Rights and freedoms , has never been about the people its been about a corporation - not the sovereigns
They envisioned that corruption would return and so created a system of checks and balances, which were supposed to maintain the power of the people. All these were documents were created by politicians and all mean nothing to the people, as they do not protect the people - this must change
Today, politicians are labeled Conservative (Right) or Liberals (Left). Their primary focus is not to serve the people, but to achieve re-election and maintain power, despite many promises made by both sides things always change to more corruption and selling us the people out.
Over the last 20 years, we have witnessed that voting is NOT going to change a thing .

Now with more concerned People researching FACTS, the major problem in the so-called Representative Democracy Political system was designed to never allow the people any RIGHTS, and furthermore NO accountability to the Government .

How did this happen, in simple words they

We have a constitutional crisis - we infact do not have a constitution - this is how the politicians can and do what ever they want to with NO Accountability - Without a Constitution we have NO Country - and if we have NO Country - then the provinces are actually independent Countries - with research you will discover since 1931 Dec 11, we have been lied to and the Politicians have been all involved in this fraud to the people in every Country ( which many still believe are provinces) this is why corruption runs rampid, no accountability, because without a constitution we have no Lawful Government.

So we are here to correct this constructional crisis and are working on creating OUR First Constitution to end the corruption, and ensuring the Constitution will give the sovereigns "Unalienable Rights" and the formation of a Republic Constitution

Why have you not heard about us before because they government has used every tool to silence us from ending their tyranny.
Other parties have started up year after year supporting same message, a group whose leadership is composed not of true sovereigns or grassroots organizers, but of ex-politicians and current politicians looking to capture the movement and wield it to maintain power.
The level of corruption at the national level of politics is being challenged, but with little success. When all branches of government work together, “We The People” cannot compete with the funding, power and backing.
The private entity have been extending their powers by enacting new laws against the sovereigns for ages. Both the Left and Right paradigm have voted for and pushed these laws violating our Unalienable Rights for years. They actually swear an oath to protect their system of fraud


Today all the Provinces are deliberately bankrupted, few are able to say no to more federal funding. This method only further expands the federal government’s role.
But the fight for our liberty can still be won, and I believe the answer is within WE THE PEOPLE create our Constitution: “The powers not delegated to Canada by the Constitution ACT, nor prohibited by it to the Provinces, are reserved to the Country respectively, or to the sovereign people.”
Unalienable Rights in our Constitution we create will ensures that liberty belongs to the people and when government oversteps the Constitution and limits our liberty, the Country and “We The People” have the right to take action.
We have to start eliminating our County dependence on federal private banking funds and the theft of our sovereign resources, while also end the out of control spending in Ottawa.


Every sovereign has to live within his means to survive and so should our local, state and federal governments. Remember, the federal government, in Ottawa has never had any authority as their is NO Constitution. They have been a lie .
In our efforts and educating on FACTS we are heading on the right track, So please do your own research and join us creating a Constitution and informing family, friends and everyone you meet on this solution.
Claiming our sovereignty is the First step and creating our Constitution - Both are steps in the right direction, but “We The People” have to rally and challenge all unconstitutional federal, state and local laws — by protest, by lawsuits.
The fight for liberty in every Country (province) is a goal that is more attainable then one fight at the federal level. Some Countries have already begun. The key advantage at the local level in each Country (province) level is increased communication and unity because we love our Country.
With smaller districts and more understanding the concept, a new wave of sovereigns will hopefully come forward that are uninfluenced and are there to save their nation.

Only then will we witness the peaceful return to our life, liberty and pursuit of happiness.

5.    Why in 1931 would the British parliament create the “Statute of Westminster” to nullify the Dominion of Canada, if Canada confederated in 1867 and is a sovereign nation?

The politician hatched a plan to make their own letters patent so the people would not know that the governor general is commissioned with no authority and can’t royal assent anything (no authority) and there is no enacting clause in any act. An enacting clause may invoke the ultimate sovereign. The people not the politician - now that the people have ultimate sovereignty, the politicians do not. The people have the power so they came up with a Canadian Citizenship Act run by a Minister, means such member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada as is designated by the Governor in Council as the Minister for the purposes of this Act (British) to diminish your state of sovereignty. The Canadian Citizenship Act is, however, a horse of another colour. It affects every Canadian of voting age. As it has been incorporated into the statutes of Canada, it is an instrument intended by those who sponsored it to keep Canada and its citizens in thraldom, and it is diametrically opposed to the raison d’être of the Statute of Westminster.
Definition of thralldom or thraldom: noun. A state of subjugation to an owner or master: bondage, enslavement, helotry, serfdom, servileness, servility, servitude, slavery, thrall, villeinage, yoke.
