Scott Rayner Special Presentation on Community Building

Scott Rayner special presentation on his commitment and experience for the last year on community organizing. Scott and other committed Sovereigns realized the importance of community. Their message reached other communities, and doing so has built a network of like-minded sovereigns to help others build their communities.

Many brains, souls, hearts and points of view working together result in higher chances to get brand-new solutions and approaches that can help coming up with innovative systems and answers to specific issues or challenges.

Community building practices contribute for Sovereigns to strengthen their sense of trust with each other.

Everyone included in the meeting should be there for a reason. Each Sovereign has unique and potentially influential information to share with the rest of the group. In order for everyone to be on the same page, it is important that each team member share this information. Not only will this help align the goals of the Sovereign but it helps to build a sense of authenticity and trust among Sovereign. In this way, Sovereign will feel more comfortable contributing to the conversation and will know that they are being heard. Great teams function as a result of these types of connections.
