Our Mission

The mission of the Sovereigns is to establish a De Jure government to replace the De facto Corporation of Canada masquerading as a constitutional government.

We the Sovereigns are doing what should have been done in 1931 after the passing of the Statue of Westminster which affirmed Canada’s Autonomy, “Sovereignty”

After the passing of the Statue of Westminster, the sovereign of the (PROVINCE OR TERRITORY) needed to have a constitutional convention and to form a De Jure Sovereign Government in order to claim their sovereign birthright and this is what is required now for the sovereigns to claim their sovereignty.

By the Canada Lands Survey Act none of the corporately created provinces,or Territories nor the corporation Canada, own the land that they legislate on and unlawfully charge taxes on, as Territorial Title is held by the Sovereigns . The Sovereign  in partnership  will own all the land of the provinces and territories including mines and minerals.

Existing Land titles will be placed under the authority of Sovereigns who will be issuing allodial title to current land owners that are approved as stewards in the land of “Do no harm”.

Once the corporation of the Provinces and Territories becomes The Sovereign  claims their sovereignty, then the other provinces will follow and then the Sovereign provinces can come together into the union od what they choose it may be called Canada, if they so choose.
