International Common Law

English Common Law

A form of private law that governs relationships between individuals inclusive of Law of Contracts, Law of Torts, and Civil Law (labor law, commercial law, corporate law).

Based on precedent (prior decisions of formal courts and judges); past time-space.

Hierarchical (judges are deem authority figures).

Judges are holders of an office as a career and are often viewed as politicians.

Lower courts are subject to higher court decisions. State or federal judges often rule on cases from outside their own community.

A court is a permanent institution set up and operated by the government.

Natural Law

Governs all life; is determined by nature and thus, universal.

Based on human sensibilities in present-moment time-space.

Non-hierarchical (judges carry no real authority).

Resolution remains local within the community where the dispute originated. Adjudicators are respected community members.

A court is a group of community members who come together for the express purpose of assisting in resolving a dispute. Members of the court are selected and agreed upon by the community in the dispute; members are hired only for the duration of the particular case for which they are assembled.

Present in each court case is an Adjudicator, Court officers, Stenographer, Jurors, plaintiff, defendant.

Here are some differences between a Common Law Grand Jury and a Natural Law Grand Jury:

Common Law Grand Jury

All grand juries abide by the same set of prescribed natural sovereign laws.

Jurors must agree to natural sovereign written.

Jurors are required to swear or promise to uphold the grand jury natural sovereign law and regulations of the court.

All decisions are made by majority vote.

No decision of a grand jury is reviewable in any court of the government.

Jurisdiction includes any government transgression, breaking of articles of peace or security, and anyone abused by the administrators or other sovereigns.

Grand juries investigate evidence given and come to a decision to indict or not indict by issuing a verdict and if required a sentence.

Grand jury decisions stand as law.

Natural Law Grand Jury

Grand jury guidelines may vary according to the requirements of each community.

Jurors verbally agree to execute their duties honorably.

There should be 12 jurors.

Jurors are required to take an affirmation to stand on the constitutional natural law.

Grand jury decisions are final.

Jurisdiction is whatever the parties in dispute decide upon.

Conclusion

In conclusion, the Vatican is not a place of love and peace, as one might imagine. It is a place of dark rituals and great secrecy.

Their purpose is to take away the freedom of our species through indoctrination, fear and control.

And because people fear what they don't understand, the influence of the Vatican and the Catholic church is immense — greater than any army, tyrant or government.

They are also the greatest financial power on Earth and they will continue to exercise their influence for as long as the human species will continue to give its power away in exchange for an illusory salvation.

Kevin Annett: Agent for the New World Order

When I saw the above picture on Facebook (yes, I know… it’s still evil)… I knew this was the perfect time to write an article about Kevin Annett, the Pope (s) and the latest lies from ITCCS.org.

Now, I am not by any means a fan of Pope Benedict.  To be honest, he freaks me out a little bit… his deep sunken eyes and bad teeth are too reminiscent of Darth Vader’s master, Lord Sidius, and… I know a demon-posessed vampire from Hell when I see one!!

I agree with Kevin’s assertion that the Vatican is a corrupt organization that has covered up the truth about pedophilia amongst it’s clergy.  It is an abomination that has scarred Christianity and for all its crimes, the Pope (no matter what his age) deserves to be tried and sentenced to the full extent of the law.

I cant tell the difference…. can you??

This article, however is not about the Popes guilt in such matters, nor can I speak on the claims of money laundering etc… I am, however, interested in the recent claims by Kevin Annett regarding the ITCCS and the resignation of the Pope.

Here’s what we know…

ITCCS claims to be an organization…yet has no members listed other than Kevin Annett (the secretary).

ITCCS has claimed to have started a ‘Trial’ back in 2010 and again in 2012 – neither were based on ‘common-law’ procedure and the latest has no legal standing to enforce any ‘ruling’ because it has failed to conduct itself according to any recognized legal proceedings.  ITCCS claims to have 50 odd ‘citizen jurors’ but has not actually tried a case or allowed a case to be tried in a court of law. The evidence, it seems is a few old clips from Unrepentant and some witness testimonies taken in the last couple of years. There are no documents, no ‘Exhibits’, no cross-examinations of the defendants… It is by all accounts a Kangaroo court.

Kevin’s focus has shifted from bringing home the bodies of 50,000 dead children to reaping the benefits of the seized assets of the Vatican.  Never before has the acronym ‘ITTCS’ generated so much internet buzz and heated debate.

You see… we live in an age (the New Age) where so many people hate the Pope and the Catholic Church that ANY mention of a victory in bringing the Vatican to it’s knees is swallowed…hook, line… and STINKER….

Yes, this latest ACTION ALERT RELEASE (of flatulence) by Kevin Annett and ITCCS is straight from the manure pile and absent any kind of critical analysis by the alternative media… it appears that Kevin is poised to take the place of the Benjamin Fulford or even David Icke or some guy named Drake.

Brussels:
The historically unprecedented resignation of Joseph Ratzinger as Pope this week was compelled by an upcoming action by a European government to issue an arrest warrant against Ratzinger and a public lien against Vatican property and assets by Easter.

The ITCCS Central Office in Brussels is compelled by Pope Benedict’s sudden abdication to disclose the following details:

1. On Friday, February 1, 2013, on the basis of evidence supplied by our affiliated Common Law Court of Justice (itccs.org), our Office concluded an agreement with representatives of a European nation and its courts to secure an arrest warrant against Joseph Ratzinger, aka Pope Benedict, for crimes against humanity and ordering a criminal conspiracy.
2. This arrest warrant was to be delivered to the office of the “Holy See” in Rome on Friday, February 15, 2013. It allowed the nation in question to detain Ratzinger as a suspect in a crime if he entered its sovereign territory.

3. A diplomatic note was issued by the said nation’s government to the Vatican’s Secretary of State, Cardinal Tarcisio Bertone, on Monday, February 4, 2013, informing Bertone of the impending arrest warrant and inviting his office to comply. No reply to this note was received from Cardinal Bertone or his office; but six days later, Pope Benedict resigned.

4. The agreement between our Tribunal and the said nation included a second provision to issue a commercial lien through that nation’s courts against the property and wealth of the Roman Catholic church commencing on Easter Sunday, March 31, 2013. This lien was to be accompanied by a public and global “Easter Reclamation Campaign” whereby Catholic church property was to be occupied and claimed by citizens as public assets forfeited under international law and the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court.

5. It is the decision of our Tribunal and the said nation’s government to proceed with the arrest of Joseph Ratzinger upon his vacating the office of the Roman Pontiff on a charge of crimes against humanity and criminal conspiracy.

6. It is our further decision to proceed as well with the indictment and arrest of Joseph Ratzinger’s successor as Pope on the same charges; and to enforce the commercial lien and “Easter Reclamation Campaign” against the Roman Catholic church, as planned.

Did you catch what actually happened here??????

ITCCS was actually instrumental in warning the Pope of his impending arrest and for providing him with safe haven within the walls of the Vatican!…For without the ‘heads up’ from the mysterious government in collusion with ITCCS, the Pope would have been caught (no pun intended) with his pants down.

Conveniently, (and ITCCS lays claim to this fact so it’s not my conjecture…), Kevin acknowledges this fact:

The spin you’re supposed to fall for here is that the pressure put by Kevin and ITCCS (which is really just Kevin) caused the resignation because of the overwhelming guilt of Benedict in Vatican crimes.  Reality is that Kevin’s contact blabbed to someone loyal to the Pope who could hide within the walls of the Vatican and cry ‘SANCTUARY’!!!  Not only does he take the credit for having the Pope on the run, but he also feels entitled to the assets of the Church.

The Pope’s resignation has conspiracy circles swirling….

Now, let’s look at the prophesy of the Black Pope (a prophesy reportedly ascribed to St. Malachy – a 12th century Irish Archbishop whose vision detailed the succession of Popes and their claim to fame).  St. Malachy’s prophesies have been largely denounced by the RCC:

The prophesy of the last Pope ties in auspiciously with the ITCCS story featured here.  The last Pope is known as the Black Pope, Petrus Romanus….. From Wikipedia – The Prophesy of the Popes:

Peter the Roman, who will pasture his sheep in many tribulations, and when these things are finished, the city of seven hills [i.e. Rome] will be destroyed, and the dreadful judge will judge his people. The End.[153] 

Petrus Romanus, the Black Pope may just be a misnomer used to confuse the masses to buy in to the conspiracy theory that the Pope after Benedict will herald the beginning of the times of Tribulations and the Apocalypse.

In searching ‘Black Pope’, I was interested to find that there is such a person already in the Vatican.  The term is a derogatory expression for the Superior General of the Society of Jesus:

“Black Pope” is a derogatory nickname given to the Superior General[1] usually by the media (and never used by the Jesuits themselves). The name comes partly from the color of the plain black priest’s cassock, worn by members of the Society, including the Superior General, partly from a past concern (most prominent around the 16th and 17th centuries) amongst Protestant European countries concerning the relative power of the Jesuits within the Roman Catholic Church, and partly because the Superior General is elected for life.

While I am not educated in the workings of the Catholic Church… I do find it interesting that in a letter from the current Black Pope/Superior General, Adolfo Nicholas, (to the Jesuit Order) he writes:

Yesterday, the Holy Father, Pope Benedict XVI, announced his decision to resign from his “ministry of Bishop of Rome, Successor of Saint Peter.” We receive this announcement of the Holy Father with respect and admiration for his spiritual freedom, his humility, and his deep love for the Church.We recall the consoling experience of encounter with him during GC 35 five years ago, when the Holy Father expressed his confidence in and closeness to the Society of Jesus, and challenged us to “reach the geographical and spiritual places where others do not reach or find it difficult to reach.” (Allocution of His Holiness Benedict XVI to the 35th General Congregation) We are profoundly grateful for the trust and inspiration Pope Benedict has given us through the years of his pontificate. Adolfo Nicolas, it should be noted, is the foremost promoter of Liberation Theology, a combination of Marxism and Christianity that was suppressed by the Catholic Church…

Pope Benedict and the Black Pope

Benedict, when he was Prefect of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith (previously known as the Supreme Sacred Congregation of the Roman and Universal Inquisition… yes THAT Inquisition) opposed Liberation Theology.  However, as Pope that opposition has vaporized, leaving Adolfo to write the above disturbingly cheerful and confident address seen above.

The video above, highlights for me, the question that now that Benedict is out of the way (thanks Kevin), Adolfo has no superior other than the Jesuit Council.  His vision includes changes to the mission and vision of the Jesuit Society (Roman Curia), specifically how the Secretariat can better address the issues of social justice.

It should be noted that something called the Pontifical Council for Justice and Peace (PCJP) is part of the Roman Curia, and is responsible for authoring a document calling for the creation of a “supranational global political Authority”.  The document entitled: “Note on the reform of the international financial and monetary systems in the context of global public authority” (also known as The Note) begins by declaring:

“The economic and financial crisis which the world is going through calls everyone, individuals and peoples , to examine in depth the principles and the cultural and moral values at the basis of social co-existence.”

and states that Benedict XVI himself “expressed the need to create a world political authority and that the supranational global political Authority be set up gradually and be adopted by all voluntarily and by “using the UN as a reference”.

Now that Benedict is out of the way… The Black Pope and the full force of the Jesuit Order, appears well served by it’s most faithful servant for the coming New World Order…. Reverend Kevin Annett.
